Shame on You

Purchased a small--received a large. Returned it at my expense of $18.99 by your requested method of return. I requested that you call me and did not. This is a new way of doing business, I guess. It's called stealing!!! SHAME on you. However I will be contacting all authorities to alert them of your new business practices.
